一、松茸是什么東西
松茸,一般指松口蘑,是世界上珍稀名貴的食用菌之(zhi)(zhi)一,被稱(cheng)為“蘑菇之(zhi)(zhi)王”。屬(shu)口蘑科口蘑屬(shu),云南野生菌松茸學(xue)名稱(cheng)松口蘑,俗稱(cheng)松茸。在中(zhong)國吉林、黑龍江、云南、四川(chuan)、貴州(zhou)等地均有分布。
二、松茸的形態特征
松茸子(zi)(zi)實體散生或群(qun)生。菌(jun)蓋(gai)直(zhi)徑可達25厘米(mi)。扁半球形(xing)(xing)至近(jin)平展(zhan),污白(bai)色(se)(se)(se)。具黃褐色(se)(se)(se)至栗(li)褐色(se)(se)(se)平狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的纖(xian)毛狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的鱗片,表面干燥,菌(jun)肉白(bai)色(se)(se)(se),細嫩有特殊的清香(xiang)氣,肥(fei)厚。菌(jun)褶較(jiao)密,彎生,不等長。菌(jun)柄(bing)較(jiao)粗壯。菌(jun)環(huan)(huan)以下具栗(li)褐色(se)(se)(se)纖(xian)毛狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)鱗片.內實.基部稍膨(peng)大。菌(jun)環(huan)(huan)生于(yu)菌(jun)柄(bing)上(shang)部,絲(si)膜狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),上(shang)面白(bai)色(se)(se)(se),下面與菌(jun)柄(bing)同色(se)(se)(se)。擔子(zi)(zi)棒狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),孢子(zi)(zi)印白(bai)色(se)(se)(se),無色(se)(se)(se),光滑,寬橢圓形(xing)(xing)至近(jin)球形(xing)(xing)。
三、松茸的營養價值
