山(shan)(shan)底(di)御杏,和它的名字一樣,是生在山(shan)(shan)底(di),長在山(shan)(shan)底(di)的。是山(shan)(shan)西禮泉縣(xian)的一大特產。很(hen)早(zao)之前,我(wo)就品嘗(chang)過這款杏子,汁水(shui)十足,酸酸甜甜的特別好吃。
山(shan)(shan)底(di)御杏是種植在禮泉九嵕山(shan)(shan)下的。這里的土地肥沃(wo),并且長(chang)期受到山(shan)(shan)上的泉水澆灌,生長(chang)得十(shi)分好(hao)。等到這山(shan)(shan)底(di)御杏成熟(shu)了,更是個大(da)味香,吃上一(yi)口,滿滿都是甜味!
這款杏子從頭到尾都是(shi)寶,都可以食用(yong)。吃(chi)不完的(de)果肉通常都會用(yong)來(lai)做成(cheng)杏脯、杏醬等(deng),果核也被做成(cheng)杏仁(ren)。做好后的(de)果脯和(he)杏仁(ren)保質時間長(chang),在全國都有銷售(shou),深受全國各地(di)的(de)喜愛。
山(shan)(shan)底(di)(di)村(cun)(cun)因(yin)位于唐昭(zhao)陵懷抱,九(jiu)宗山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)腳底(di)(di)下,故得名“山(shan)(shan)底(di)(di)村(cun)(cun)”。這(zhe)里(li),土地(di)(di)(di)肥(fei)沃、人杰地(di)(di)(di)靈,自然(ran)條(tiao)件優越。從九(jiu)宗山(shan)(shan)的(de)(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)溝(gou)里(li)流(liu)淌出的(de)(de)(de)一股(gu)清(qing)澈(che)甘甜的(de)(de)(de)泉水(shui)(shui),幾千年來(lai),滋潤(run)著(zhu)這(zhe)片(pian)古老的(de)(de)(de)土地(di)(di)(di),養育著(zhu)山(shan)(shan)底(di)(di)村(cun)(cun)的(de)(de)(de)世世代代、祖祖輩輩。每到春(chun)暖花開的(de)(de)(de)季節,站在九(jiu)宗山(shan)(shan)的(de)(de)(de)半山(shan)(shan)腰(yao)遙(yao)望山(shan)(shan)底(di)(di)村(cun)(cun),千樹(shu)萬(wan)樹(shu)杏(xing)花開,一洼(wa)泉水(shui)(shui)滾滾來(lai)。山(shan)(shan)水(shui)(shui)相(xiang)映、杏(xing)花飄香(xiang),一派大自然(ran)的(de)(de)(de)田園風光。到了盛(sheng)夏6月,陽光燦(can)(can)爛、金果燦(can)(can)燦(can)(can)、黃澄(cheng)澄(cheng)、甜流(liu)流(liu)、掛滿枝頭,一望無邊,令人心曠神(shen)怡、如(ru)醉如(ru)迷。
山底御(yu)杏的花期4月(yue)上旬,花呈(cheng)粉色,極具觀賞性,6月(yue)份成熟。
提(ti)起山(shan)底(di)御(yu)杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),流(liu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)著一(yi)個古老而鮮(xian)為人知的民(min)間(jian)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)說。山(shan)底(di)御(yu)杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)距今約有一(yi)千三百(bai)多年的歷(li)史,相(xiang)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)唐(tang)貞(zhen)觀年間(jian),唐(tang)太宗(zong)李(li)世民(min)在九宗(zong)山(shan)陵(ling)(ling)區打獵,途徑離陵(ling)(ling)山(shan)不遠的山(shan)底(di)村時,那滿(man)枝(zhi)頭金燦燦、水(shui)靈(ling)靈(ling)的大黃杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)吸(xi)引了他,于是當(dang)地老百(bai)姓(xing)就(jiu)把這(zhe)里(li)的特產(chan)梅杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),貢獻給李(li)世民(min)品(pin)嘗,李(li)世民(min)食后贊(zan)不絕(jue)口。當(dang)得知這(zhe)兒(er)有從陵(ling)(ling)山(shan)流(liu)出的泉水(shui)灌溉(gai)、滋潤杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)林,梅杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)才獨(du)具美味。李(li)世民(min)隨(sui)即稱(cheng)贊(zan):“四時陵(ling)(ling)園山(shan)自潤、千果梅杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)水(shui)長流(liu)”。從此,山(shan)底(di)梅杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)就(jiu)成為貢奉(feng)皇宮的貢品(pin)。后來老百(bai)姓(xing)就(jiu)將山(shan)底(di)梅杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)稱(cheng)為唐(tang)王御(yu)杏(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。
