魯北冬棗品種介紹
魯北(bei)(bei)冬(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)是魯北(bei)(bei)地區的(de)一個優(you)質(zhi)晚熟(shu)鮮食(shi)品種(zhong),又稱(cheng)沾化(hua)冬(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、黃(huang)驊(hua)冬(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、冰糖棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、蘋果(guo)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、雁來(lai)紅等。魯北(bei)(bei)冬(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)一般在10月上中(zhong)旬成熟(shu),魯北(bei)(bei)冬(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)特(te)點是果(guo)實近圓形(xing),果(guo)面(mian)平(ping)(ping)整光(guang)(guang)潔(jie),果(guo)形(xing)酷似小(xiao)蘋果(guo)。平(ping)(ping)均單重16克,最大果(guo)重36克。皮(pi)薄(bo)肉脆,濃(nong)甜微(wei)酸,啖食(shi)無渣,可溶性(xing)固(gu)形(xing)物(wu)含量34%—38%左(zuo)右,最高(gao)達40%-42%,可食(shi)率達96.9%。而且不裂果(guo),果(guo)皮(pi)深紅光(guang)(guang)亮,營養極為豐富(fu)。魯北(bei)(bei)冬(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)含有(you)天門(men)冬(dong)氨酸、蘇氨酸等18種(zhong)人體(ti)所需的(de)氨基酸,還含有(you)豐富(fu)的(de)蛋白質(zhi)、脂(zhi)肪、膳(shan)食(shi)纖(xian)維以及(ji)多種(zhong)維生素和鉀、鐵、銅等礦質(zhi)營養。
