魯北冬棗品種介紹
魯北冬(dong)棗(zao)是魯北地(di)區的(de)一個優質(zhi)晚(wan)熟鮮(xian)食品種(zhong)(zhong),又稱沾化冬(dong)棗(zao)、黃驊(hua)冬(dong)棗(zao)、冰糖(tang)棗(zao)、蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)棗(zao)、雁(yan)來紅(hong)等。魯北冬(dong)棗(zao)一般在10月(yue)上中旬成(cheng)熟,魯北冬(dong)棗(zao)的(de)特點是果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)實(shi)近圓(yuan)形,果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)面(mian)平整光潔,果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)形酷似小蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)。平均單重16克,最大果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重36克。皮(pi)薄(bo)肉(rou)脆,濃甜微(wei)酸(suan),啖食無(wu)渣,可溶性(xing)固形物含(han)(han)量34%—38%左右,最高達40%-42%,可食率達96.9%。而(er)且不裂(lie)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)皮(pi)深紅(hong)光亮,營養極為豐富。魯北冬(dong)棗(zao)含(han)(han)有天門(men)冬(dong)氨(an)酸(suan)、蘇氨(an)酸(suan)等18種(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)體所需(xu)的(de)氨(an)基(ji)酸(suan),還(huan)含(han)(han)有豐富的(de)蛋(dan)白質(zhi)、脂肪、膳食纖維以及(ji)多種(zhong)(zhong)維生素和鉀、鐵(tie)、銅(tong)等礦質(zhi)營養。
