三、重慶小面的起源故事
在(zai)南(nan)(nan)宋(song)時(shi)(shi)期成(cheng)吉(ji)思(si)汗(han)快速崛起(qi),為(wei)擴大勢力與(yu)領(ling)土面積(ji)帶領(ling)蒙(meng)古軍(jun)隊(dui)四處征戰。重(zhong)慶(qing)也成(cheng)為(wei)他們的(de)(de)(de)(de)攻打的(de)(de)(de)(de)目標之一(yi),重(zhong)慶(qing)當時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)知府為(wei)了能抵(di)擋成(cheng)吉(ji)思(si)汗(han)軍(jun)隊(dui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進攻在(zai)重(zhong)慶(qing)一(yi)個叫做合(he)川的(de)(de)(de)(de)地方建筑(zhu)了一(yi)座(zuo)城池名為(wei)“釣魚(yu)城”。當時(shi)(shi)去攻打重(zhong)慶(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)蒙(meng)古軍(jun)隊(dui)是兵強(qiang)馬壯(zhuang),在(zai)釣魚(yu)島與(yu)南(nan)(nan)宋(song)軍(jun)隊(dui)發生交戰,當時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)南(nan)(nan)宋(song)軍(jun)隊(dui)也是誓死抵(di)抗不落下風,最(zui)終蒙(meng)古軍(jun)隊(dui)只能是失敗(bai)而(er)歸。當時(shi)(shi)征戰期間為(wei)早(zao)春(chun)時(shi)(shi)節空(kong)氣陰冷多(duo)雨,南(nan)(nan)宋(song)軍(jun)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)伙夫為(wei)能夠讓軍(jun)隊(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人們抵(di)御風寒就將辣油子(zi)、蔥(cong)、姜、蒜與(yu)面條混在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)給士兵們食用。
