一、補冬是什么時候
一般認為是立冬開始補冬(dong),按照中國(guo)人的習(xi)慣(guan),冬(dong)天是對身體“進補”的大好時節(jie)(jie),俗稱“補冬(dong)”。在立冬(dong)至日(ri)補一下,是為了適應氣(qi)候季節(jie)(jie)性(xing)的變化,調整(zheng)身體素質,增強(qiang)體質以抵御寒冬(dong)。在中國(guo)民間一般(ban)有吃湯(tang)圓、吃豆(dou)腐(fu)、包(bao)餃子、喝羊肉(rou)湯(tang)等不(bu)同習(xi)慣(guan)。
補(bu)冬(dong)(dong)是中(zhong)國(guo)節(jie)日飲(yin)食(shi)習(xi)俗。流行于(yu)全國(guo)各(ge)地(di)。中(zhong)國(guo)民(min)間以(yi)立(li)冬(dong)(dong)為(wei)冬(dong)(dong)季(ji)之始,需進(jin)補(bu)以(yi)度(du)嚴(yan)冬(dong)(dong)。立(li)冬(dong)(dong)意味著(zhu)進(jin)入寒(han)冷(leng)的季(ji)節(jie),人(ren)(ren)們傾(qing)向進(jin)食(shi)可(ke)以(yi)驅寒(han)的食(shi)物。是日,一般殺雞宰鴨(ya)或(huo)買羊肉,加當(dang)歸、人(ren)(ren)參等藥物燉食(shi),也有用糯米、龍(long)眼、糖等蒸成(cheng)米糕而食(shi)者,杭(hang)州人(ren)(ren)此節(jie)習(xi)吃餛飩(tun)。立(li)冬(dong)(dong),閩中(zhong)俗稱“交(jiao)冬(dong)(dong)”,意為(wei)秋冬(dong)(dong)之交(jiao)。立(li)冬(dong)(dong)“補(bu)冬(dong)(dong)”,家家戶(hu)戶(hu)要(yao)熬制草(cao)根湯(tang)。
二、立冬意味著冬天到了嗎
是(shi)(shi)的(de)。立(li)冬(dong)(dong)二十四節(jie)(jie)氣中的(de)第十九(jiu)個(ge)節(jie)(jie)氣,是(shi)(shi)冬(dong)(dong)季的(de)第一個(ge)節(jie)(jie)氣,立(li)冬(dong)(dong)節(jie)(jie)氣的(de)到來意味著冬(dong)(dong)天的(de)開始(shi),而(er)是(shi)(shi)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)冬(dong)(dong)天到了要(yao)看地區,因為不(bu)同地區溫度不(bu)同,溫度低于10°C才能算是(shi)(shi)冬(dong)(dong)天。
如果以氣候平均溫度(du)穩定(ding)降(jiang)到10℃以下為(wei)冬(dong)季的開始,至候平均溫度(du)10℃以上時(shi)結(jie)束,那立冬(dong)這個時(shi)間點大部分(fen)地區還(huan)沒(mei)進入冬(dong)天,甚至在南(nan)方地區還(huan)會有“十月還(huan)有小(xiao)陽春”的現象。
三、補冬是立冬還是冬至
從立冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)開始補(bu)(bu)(bu)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)至進補(bu)(bu)(bu)最易吸收(shou)。按照中國(guo)人(ren)的(de)習慣,冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)天(tian)是(shi)對(dui)身(shen)(shen)體“進補(bu)(bu)(bu)”的(de)大(da)好(hao)時(shi)(shi)節,俗(su)稱“補(bu)(bu)(bu)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”。民(min)間認為立冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)之夜是(shi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)最好(hao)時(shi)(shi)機,中醫認為冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)至這天(tian)進補(bu)(bu)(bu)身(shen)(shen)體最容(rong)易吸收(shou),而且天(tian)冷不(bu)容(rong)易上火。冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)至是(shi)天(tian)地(di)陰陽(yang)氣(qi)交樞紐(niu),也是(shi)人(ren)體陰陽(yang)氣(qi)交的(de)相關時(shi)(shi)刻,所以冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)令進補(bu)(bu)(bu)常(chang)選擇于冬(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)至日開始,藥性宜偏(pian)于溫熱養(yang)陽(yang),但應(ying)以溫而不(bu)散、熱而不(bu)燥為主。
四、立冬和冬至節氣有什么區別
1、天(tian)文(wen)位置不(bu)同
冬(dong)(dong)至(zhi)節(jie)氣到(dao)(dao)來的(de)時候太陽到(dao)(dao)達黃(huang)經270度,立(li)冬(dong)(dong)則是(shi)到(dao)(dao)達黃(huang)經225度,冬(dong)(dong)至(zhi)這天太陽光直(zhi)射南(nan)(nan)回歸線,冬(dong)(dong)至(zhi)的(de)第二天就將向北移,而立(li)冬(dong)(dong)這天,太陽的(de)直(zhi)射點還在一天天南(nan)(nan)移。
2、意思不同
立(li)冬表示秋是終了,是作物(wu)收割(ge)后要收藏(zang)起來的意(yi)思,后面意(yi)味著冬天的開始;而冬至是日影最長的時候,此時北半(ban)球半(ban)天最短,黑夜最長。
3、習俗不同
冬至有“冬至大于年”的說法,所以在冬至節氣到來的時候吃的也會稍微豐盛些,很多地區在冬至有吃餃子、餛飩、羊肉、蘿卜、八寶粥等溫(wen)補(bu)的食物,而立冬更多只(zhi)是(shi)迎冬、賀冬。
