藍莓干屬于藍莓烘干以后形(xing)成,還是性涼食物。
涼性(xing)水(shui)果(guo)是指性(xing)寒的(de)水(shui)果(guo),如西瓜(gua)等。有解(jie)燥熱的(de)功效,但不能多吃(chi),否則(ze)對(dui)身體有害。夏天的(de)水(shui)果(guo)多屬于寒涼性(xing)的(de),比如梨(li)和各種瓜(gua)類。

藍(lan)莓(mei)和藍(lan)莓(mei)干是偏(pian)(pian)(pian)堿(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)的(de),因(yin)為藍(lan)莓(mei)含有大量的(de)花(hua)(hua)青素,花(hua)(hua)青素是一種水溶性(xing)色素,可以隨著細(xi)胞(bao)液的(de)酸堿(jian)(jian)(jian)改變顏色。細(xi)胞(bao)液呈酸性(xing)則偏(pian)(pian)(pian)紅(hong),細(xi)胞(bao)液呈堿(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)則偏(pian)(pian)(pian)藍(lan)。藍(lan)莓(mei)呈現(xian)(xian)藍(lan)色就是因(yin)為其(qi)(qi)細(xi)胞(bao)液的(de)堿(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)使(shi)其(qi)(qi)內所含的(de)花(hua)(hua)青素呈現(xian)(xian)藍(lan)色。但是藍(lan)莓(mei)是同時具有酸性(xing)和堿(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)的(de)。
