包粑(ba)是湖(hu)北省廣水市的地方特(te)色小(xiao)吃之一。包粑(ba)是根據自己的口味而(er)配餡的,里(li)面的餡可以用豆角,胡(hu)蘿(luo)卜,青菜,粉(fen)條(tiao)等等。
將(jiang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)和好之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou),取出部分揉成(cheng)餅狀,把餡(xian)包(bao)進面(mian)(mian)(mian)團里之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)封口,在平面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)鍋上擦拭少許的(de)食用(yong)油,將(jiang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)團放在鍋面(mian)(mian)(mian)上按壓到5毫米至(zhi)1厘米厚,注意不(bu)要將(jiang)餡(xian)按出,待一面(mian)(mian)(mian)成(cheng)型之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)翻面(mian)(mian)(mian),之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)用(yong)火(huo)(huo)鉗放進平面(mian)(mian)(mian)鍋之(zhi)(zhi)下的(de)炕(kang)槽里,由(you)火(huo)(huo)炕(kang)至(zhi)完全熟(shu),之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)用(yong)火(huo)(huo)鉗夾(jia)出放進裝包(bao)粑的(de)盛具里。
