甜(tian)紅子山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)是新(xin)選育的(de)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)新(xin)品種(zhong),是來(lai)源于泰山(shan)(shan)腳下的(de)一(yi)個新(xin)品種(zhong),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)泰安地區(qu)陽歷九月中旬成(cheng)熟。甜(tian)紅子是最甜(tian)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong),可(ke)生吃山(shan)(shan)楂(zha),也(ye)可(ke)制(zhi)成(cheng)冰糖葫蘆,或做(zuo)成(cheng)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)糕(gao)。或者加(jia)工成(cheng)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)干(gan)、山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)片、山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)罐頭等。
甜紅(hong)子山(shan)(shan)楂樹的特點是單(dan)果(guo)(guo)(guo)重16克,接近圓形,橘紅(hong)色(se),色(se)澤艷麗,果(guo)(guo)(guo)肉(rou)(rou)淡紅(hong)色(se),肉(rou)(rou)質細密,含糖13.71%濃(nong)香(xiang)(xiang),聞起來非常香(xiang)(xiang),食用時也很香(xiang)(xiang)醇,它的香(xiang)(xiang)味中帶有蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)的香(xiang)(xiang)味,這(zhe)可說是山(shan)(shan)楂中最(zui)香(xiang)(xiang)的一種了;它的品種香(xiang)(xiang)甜濃(nong)郁,風味極佳,極其美味,質量上(shang)乘(cheng),山(shan)(shan)楂一絕,果(guo)(guo)(guo)中珍(zhen)品。它的果(guo)(guo)(guo)實雖早,但(dan)耐貯(zhu)(zhu)性好,常溫下可貯(zhu)(zhu)藏到第(di)二年(nian)五月(yue),經濟利益很大(da)。
