甜(tian)紅(hong)子山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)是(shi)新選育的山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)新品種(zhong),是(shi)來(lai)源于(yu)泰山(shan)(shan)腳下的一(yi)個新品種(zhong),山(shan)(shan)東泰安地區陽(yang)歷九(jiu)月中旬成(cheng)熟。甜(tian)紅(hong)子是(shi)最甜(tian)的一(yi)種(zhong),可生吃山(shan)(shan)楂(zha),也可制成(cheng)冰(bing)糖(tang)葫蘆,或(huo)做成(cheng)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)糕。或(huo)者加工成(cheng)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)干、山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)片、山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)罐頭等。
甜(tian)紅(hong)子山楂(zha)樹的(de)特(te)點是(shi)單果重16克,接近圓形,橘紅(hong)色,色澤艷麗,果肉淡紅(hong)色,肉質(zhi)細密,含(han)糖13.71%濃香,聞(wen)起來非常香,食用(yong)時也很香醇,它(ta)(ta)的(de)香味中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)帶有(you)蘋果的(de)香味,這可說是(shi)山楂(zha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)最香的(de)一種(zhong)了;它(ta)(ta)的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)香甜(tian)濃郁,風味極佳(jia),極其美味,質(zhi)量上乘,山楂(zha)一絕,果中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)珍品(pin)。它(ta)(ta)的(de)果實(shi)雖早,但(dan)耐貯(zhu)性(xing)好,常溫下可貯(zhu)藏(zang)到(dao)第二(er)年五月,經(jing)濟利(li)益很大。
