用料:糯米60克、紅豆60克、紅棗10枚、清水適量(liang)
做法:
1、將紅小豆洗(xi)凈提前浸泡2小時(shi)。
2、煮鍋里(li)加(jia)入適量清水大火燒開,加(jia)入紅小豆煮沸(fei),轉小火煮。
3、紅(hong)小豆(dou)煮(zhu)至微微的爆開,加入洗凈的糯米(mi)續煮(zhu)。
4、待糯米煮(zhu)開后,加(jia)入洗凈(jing)的紅(hong)棗續煮(zhu)10分鐘關火(huo)即可。
