4、看添(tian)加(jia)劑:奶精、香(xiang)精、植脂末等添(tian)加(jia)劑,能(neng)使(shi)谷物(wu)早(zao)餐的口感更好(hao),香(xiang)味更濃,商家常常在谷物(wu)早(zao)餐中添(tian)加(jia)這些成分,但他們(men)對健康不(bu)利,少吃為(wei)好(hao)。
